Mae’r adeilad wedi ei ddefnyddio am sawl pwrpas dros y blynyddoedd – siop flodau, yna siop bysgod o’r enw “Skipper’s Cabin”, ac oriel gelf. Ar ddiwedd y 1980au/1990au dewiswyd yr enw “Y Caban” pan defnyddiwyd y lle fel man cyfarfod i henoed y dref. Yn ddiweddar iawn, cafodd yr eiddo ei adnewyddu’n helaeth ac mae bellach yn cael ei ddefnyddio fel salon trin gwallt! | The building has had many uses over the years once a flower shop, then a fish shop known as “Skipper’s Cabin”, and an art gallery. In the late 1980’s/1990’s the building was christened “The Cabin” and was used as a meeting place for the town’s Senior Citizens. Very recently, the property was extensively refurbished and is now being used as a hair dressing salon! |

Hi there
The lady in the blue coat, fourth in from left in front row, was my Aunty Dilys – Dilys Davies-Evans. Always worked hard in the F&G community and was lady Mayoress in 1977 (or thereabouts).
Love this website.
