Community Foundation Wales / Cronfa Gymunedol Cymru

It is a philanthropy promotion and grant-making programme which raises money from people and organisations across Wales, the UK, and overseas who want to ‘give back’ to support and strengthen local communities. Having made an application to the fund we were fortunate to receive the sum of £600 towards the project.

Mae’n rhaglen hyrwyddo dyngarwch a rhoi grantiau sy’n codi arian oddi wrth bobl a sefydliadau ledled Cymru, y DU, a thramor sydd eisiau ‘rhoi’n ôl’ i gefnogi a chryfhau cymunedau lleol. Wedi gwneud cais i’r gronfa buom yn ffodus i dderbyn y swm o £600 tuag at y prosiect.
