Fishguard Politics / Gwleidyddiaeth Abergwaun 1909

Some find the present political wrangling at Westminster fascinating. Others would describe it as boring, infuriating, frustrating……etc etc. Each to his own.

North Pembrokeshire was a hot bed of political interest a century ago when The County Echo carried the following announcement. It is a ‘who’s who’s’ of the movers and shakers of Fishguard a century ago!

Mae rhai yn cael y ffraeo gwleidyddol presennol yn San Steffan yn hynod ddiddorol. Byddai eraill yn ei ddisgrifio fel diflas, dal, rhwystredig……a.y.b. Pawb at y peth y bo.

Roedd Gogledd Sir Benfro yn trobwll o ddiddordeb gwleidyddol ganrif yn ôl pan gyhoeddodd Y County Echo yr adroddiad canlynol. Mae’n gofrestr diddorol o gymeriadau Abergwaun ganrif yn ôl.
