Yn 1919, enwir George Furlong, tad Tom, fel enillydd y gystadleuaeth hela hwyaid! Hefyd, ceir sawl toriad papur newydd yn adrodd hanesion sawl haf o hwyl ar y dŵr. Enwau’r bobl yn y llun ydy -Mattie Brown, Eileen George, Tom Furlong, Annie Garnon, Nancy Underwood. Roedd Eileen George yn adnabyddus am ei gallu i nofio o’r Cwm i Bwllgwaelod.

In 1919, George Furlong, Tom’s father is named as the winner of the duck hunt! Here are also several newspaper cuttings which tell of many eventful regattas at ‘Cwm’. The names of the people pictured are -Mattie Brown, Eileen George, Tom Furlong, Annie Garnon, Nancy Underwood. Eileen George was known for her ability to swim from the Cwm to Pwllgwaelod.
