This painting c1955 was by Daphne Hurn of Pencnwc Farm in Dinas .
It depicts John P George below his home, Penwennol Farmhouse, which overlooked the village. Penwennol was abandoned in the late 1960s and is now in ruins. This painting may be the only extant image of the house.
