This view of the Bwlchmawr area of the village was taken on the hillside above Merton Hall – or rather Ty Hen as it was then known.
It likely dates from the mid 1920s, certainly post 1922 as Tabor vestry was built in 1922 and the vestry can be seen adjacent to Tabor Chapel in the top left of the postcard.
