The farmhouse Y Garn, was actually in the parish of Fishguard at the time the photograph was taken but boundary changes over the years have now put it in the community area of Dinas Cross.
The farm was occupied for a number of generations by the Davies family. Around 1910, in addition to their farming activities, they were also a Coal, Culm, Seed and Manure Merchant.
