Cwm yr eglwys
There has been much in the press about this little village in the parish of Dinas because in Winter it is now desolate with very few properties being occupied all year around.
Back in the 1800s and indeed into the early to mid 1900s the village was a proper community with most of the occupations being related to the sea.
The remaining wall of what was the original parish church, St Brynachs, which was destroyed in a storm in 1859, is an instantly recognisable view within Pembrokeshire.
These photos are of a time when many of the properties were permanently occupied and holiday homes were few and far between.
