S S St Patrick

SS St Patrick

One of a trio of ships built for the Great Western Railway by John Brown and Co. She was first launched in February 1906 and served  on the Fishguard to Rosslare route. Like her sister ships, S S St David and S S St George, she was commandeered during WW1 as a hospital ship and repatriated injured service men from France.

Following an onboard fire in 1929 she was taken out of service and scrapped.
