This photograph of Main Street Goodwick probably dates to around 1910. Bethesda Chapel on the right hand side was opened in 1908 and the style of the young boys clothing puts it around the end of the first decade.
The road surface appears quite rough and uneven and the road is very much narrower than it is today even though the houses which line the road have not changed – what has been removed are the rocky outcrops below Bethesda Chapel.
