Llanwnda Parish Council

As a result of recently supplied information it is now known that this photograph was taken in 1910 and shows the LLanwnda Parish Council together with what are presumed to be, family members.  The Council at that time, consisted of 13 Councillors who usually held their meetings at Henner School.

The photograph was taken just outside Trehowell Farmhouse at Llanwnda and with one exception everyone is identified.

    At the bottom is an inscription on a brass plaque
    Presented by the Council to the Chairman on his retirement
    The chairman is William Reynolds of Trehowel Farm
    Also in the picture are his two daughters and his wife
    Also Vincent Johns ( top left) clerk to the council
    I have the names of every other person in the photo
