Diolch i Mrs Eleri Duggan am hala’r llun at y wefan. Mae ganddi atgofion melys iawn o’r ‘Band of Hope’ yn Hermon ar nos Lun – chwarae table tennis a chwarae pob math o ‘records’ – Beatles etc. etc. (A hyn wedi  ymarfer y tônau at y Gymanfa Ganu wrth gwrs!). Byddai Mr Aneurin Lewis yn ymarfer caneuon ‘Oklahoma’ neu debyg, a’i lais yn llanw’r festri.

Thanks to Mrs Eleri Duggan for sending this picture to the website. She has very fond memories of the ‘Band of Hope’ in Hermon on Monday nights – playing table tennis and playing all kinds of ‘records’ – Beatles etc. etc. (and this having practiced the tunes for the Gymanfa Ganu of course!). Mr Aneurin Lewis would practice ‘Oklahoma’ songs or similar, and his voice would fill the vestry!
